Die Lage war sehr ruhig.

Das Cottage war wirklich nicht gut geputz. Die Bilder hier bei Booking scheinen älter zu sein. Es sah dort bestimmt vor Jahren schön aus. Aber man sieht, dass schon länger nichts gemacht wurde am Cottage. Heizkörper tropften und alles roch muffig nach Feuchtigkeit. Tatsächlich fanden wir den Grund dafür schnell. Das Cottage hat ein Schimmelproblem. An den Fensterbänken sieht man es am Besten, aber auch am letzten Tag als wir die Bettwäsche abziehen mussten, fanden wir Schimmelflecken auf den Decken. Die Toilettenspülungen in beiden Toiletten hatte kaum Wasserdruck wodurch man bestimmt bestimmt 3x spülen müsste, damit etwas Klopapier weggeht. Die Mikrowelle und der Ofen waren nicht geputz. Es war zwar eine Spülmaschine vorhanden, aber das vorhandene Geschirr war nicht spülmaschinenfest. Somit konnte man die Spülmaschine nicht nutzen. Die Eigentümer hatten viele Regel und es wurde daraufhingewiesen, dass man alles sauber hinterlassen soll. Sowas ist eigenartig, wenn man selbst nicht putzt. Ich würde dort nie wieder buchen. Ich habe nicht direkt nach dem Urlaub diese Bewertung formuliert, sonst wäre sie noch härter ausgefallen. Ich wollte mir Zeit nehmen um noch einmal zu reflektieren. Man zahlt sehr viel Geld und erwartet durch die Bilder ein tolles Haus und ist am Ende total enttäuscht. Schade!

Just the most gorgeous rustic looking place on the outside with all the comforts on the inside. Stunning location. Very kind and helpful hosts. Which we could have stayed longer. What a stand out place.

If you want to spend just the night the property is good

The property is quite remote, and if you wish to dine out, you'll need to drive approximately 7–8 km starting with narrow single-lane roads. We also encountered a leak in the toilet, which left the floorboards damp wet. There was no hand wash provided in the bathroom initially—we had to request it from the host, who did send it promptly via her son. However, we expected such basic essentials to be in place upon arrival. The TV is very small. There’s nothing to do outside for children, so families should be aware of this. Overall, the property might be suitable if you're just looking for a place to spend the night, but it’s not ideal for an extended or activity-based stay.
