Characteristic loft style apartment

this is good house to stay for three poeple family.

I think there are enough spae for four people but there are only one couch.

Great character, clean, good parking.

States 2 bed but no bedding for sofa bed so if you intend on using the sofa bed I’d suggest giving them some notice so it can be arranged.

Excellent location for us, clean apartment (except for a few issues that we messaged the host about) and nicely decorated. Washing machine was clean.

The bed was really, really uncomfortable and squeaked at every little movement.

Great location and everything you need.readily available. A quick drive into Birmingham city centre. Loved the quirky decor and details throughout the flat.

Quirky apartment full of interesting finds! V easy check in, parking for 2 cars. Very quiet despite being on a main road. Great bathroom & kitchen. Would happily stay again.

Excellent location, and from the apartment it's just a short drive/cheap Uber ride or an easy train hop into the City Centre. (Nearest train station is Smethwick Rolfe St - about a 10 min walk away). The apartment itself is beautiful, with delightful touches of colour throughout. We felt relaxed as soon as we stepped inside. It has everything you need for a short stay, and it was very clean. Checking in process made super easy by the host sending an info pack over, that shows clearly where to find the key safe and how to access the building. We did not have any issues that we needed to contact the host about during the stay, but other reviewers have indicated he is very responsive if help is needed. We slept great too! We would highly recommend this little gem of an apartment - and will be rebooking next time we stay in Brum.
