Splendido appartamento con terrazzo

Posizione, luminosità, terrazzo

Appartamento poco pulito, polvere sotto il letto e bagno con peli e capelli, terrazzo abbastanza trascurato e sporco. Luce del bagno mancante. La colazione inclusa è a dir poco modesta, potrebbero pagare una colazione al bar sotto casa…

La casa è curata, ha un bellissimo terrazzo e tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città ma anche per spostamenti con i mezzi.

La colazione inclusa sostanzialmente non esiste, solo capsule del caffè e delle merendine confezionate, si può fare meglio con poco di più oppure non "venderla" come servizio. Non c'era nemmeno del latte o una bottiglia d'acqua

Очень уютная квартира,удобная кровать,есть все необходимое.Легко получить доступ в квартиру и хозяйка всегда на связи.Есть все для легкого завтрака,кофе,чай,сладости.Прекрасная и большая терраса.От железнодорожного возкала недалеко пешком,рядом много кафешек,супермаркет,до центра города тоже неспешно ходили пешком.Рядом большой лесопарковый массив,река,много достопримечательностей.

Можно уже обновить посуду,заменить подушки или добавить еще две,эти слишком тонкие.Уборка оставляет желать лучшего.очень слышно лифт, особенно ночью.Он как раз расположен за стеной ,где стоит кровать.

Komplett eingerichtete kleine FeWo, mit geräumiger Dachterasse und gutem WLAN, in der wir uns 3 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Man kommt zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus bequem in die Turiner Innenstadt. Damit ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Standort für die Erkundung von Turin.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der laute Fahrstuhl, den man in der Wohnung hört, was nachts ein bisschen nervig ist.

La struttura rispecchia totalmente le foto, è molto accogliente e pulita. Ha davvero tutto il necessario anche per chi, come noi, ha cucinato lì in casa. Nei giorni trascorsi in questo splendido appartamento ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa, la zona è molto tranquilla e il terrazzo è un toccasana soprattutto al tramonto. Torneremo sicuramente

Cristina is an exceptional host who makes you feel truly welcome. The one bedroom apartment is in a perfect location minutes walk from public transportation to Porta Nuova and lively city center. It is bright and sunny with two balconies: one very large, ideal for mornings and evenings, and another small one connected to the kitchen, where I especially enjoyed spending quiet mornings by myself . The area is surrounded by pubs and cafés, yet it is very quiet. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and if anything was missing, Cristina brought it immediately. We stayed for 5 weeks and enjoyed every moment. Thank you Christina for your hospitality and welcome :)

The elevator is right next to the apartment, so you can hear some noise during the day. At night the noise is much weaker since the elevator is rarely used, so it was never a problem to sleep. In addition, the TV was a bit too small. Other than that, every thing was perfect!
