Eastbourne Beautiful Seafront house

Very nice appartement on the seaside, with two bedrooms, salon, terrace, bathroom and kitchen. Good equipement.

Sound-proofing was not goood at all, we heard every step of the neighbours of the first floor

The property was a great size and had great facilities including WiFi. Was in a good peaceful location

The property needed better cleaning as there were cobwebs on many surfaces; the blinds were covered in a thick layer of dust and the floors turned all our socks and feet black. Also noticed a lot of repairs that needed doing in the property and the garden had upturned paving slabs and old building materials in causing it to be unsafe for the children to play. The edges of the shower were covered in dirt and rust. Unfortunately I don’t think the current state of the property reflects the price.

Deux grandes chambres. L’emplacement est bien. Bien équipé.

Excellent location. Easy to park and get around everywhere. Lots of places within easy walking distance. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Comfortable and clean. Accurate photos and description. Definitely recommend and I’d stay again.

Would be nice to have more mugs and wine glasses. Also there were no dishwasher tabs provided.

So near and walking distance to shops and eateries and right on the seafront was fully equipped with dishwasher and washer, which was very useful during our stay, would definitely recommend and stay again..

Had that difficulty with the TV messaged on the evening we arrived but had no reply. Not all channels were accessible. Maybe an instruction book left at the property would really help. Blind in the front bedroom would not roll down , so that room was out of use as it's directly on the front.

Situated on the front short walk into pevensy and into Eastbourne. Parking good outside property.

Could have done with a few minor repairs

Location was great! It was good for families. Parking wasn't a problem. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.

There was a bit of noise from upstairs but as it was during early evening, this wasn't too bad.
