Eastbourne Beautiful Seafront house

Lovely place, spacious- there were 5 of us staying, garden space, table to eat dinner at if eating in. Tv and WiFi. Coffee/tea available and some biscuits which was a nice touch as well as some little bottles of body wash in the bathroom. Beds were nice, comfy, duvets were nice- not too hot or cold. Hosts sent a great message about how to get into the property and some helpful tips about bits around the house which was great. Great location, literally cross the road and you are at the beach, nice little park also down the road. Would definitely come back here again for another night if staying at Eastbourne in the future.

It was a lovely place but could have done with a few more things, I.E there were only a couple of tea spoons, the tea towel was super thin and trying to get stuff out of the oven was a bit of a pain so could use some oven gloves. The shower could have used a shower caddy for body wash. Being picky here as it was a lovely place, just some suggestions that could help. The floors did need a good mop, socks ended up really dirty walking about, cushions on the sofa were stained and some of the glass doors could have done with a good clean. We were lucky and didn't have people above us for the first night, the second night people were upstairs and you could hear every footstep, some carpets or rugs upstairs might help this.

Needed cleaning and quite a stale smell .

It is a really good space will full kitchen, a decent bathroom with walk-in shower, a dining room, conservatory, garden and two large rooms with big, comfortable beds.

I had to knock on Flat Number Two's door on the first night due to hearing loud conversations and lots of laughing, etc. They understood and kept the noise down after that. This ordinarily wouldn't have been a problem, but the ceiling/walls are not insulated too well on the sound front and the smallest of noises travelled, especially at night, I'm afraid to say.

Lovely location, right on the coast, and only a short walk for local pubs and shops

It was a five minute walk to our daughter's home - what a bonus and which is why we chose this accommodation. We are from Australia so it was such a great thing to spend time with her and our grand-daughter and son-in-law.

There is nothing. Some suggestions though - another tea towel? One seemed a bit limited. A cullender would have been useful when I was making rice - and/or even a large oven dish/casserole dish. It was ok because I borrowed my daughters, but it would have been great to have one there ...
