It’s very well located

There were no heaters in the property so we were REALLY cold at night and had a very hard time to rest and sleep, no utensils, no pans, no cups, nails all over the floor ( we got hurt) and the bathroom curtain was very moldy Its not a bad property at all, I just think that the owner could pay attention to those details so it can be great

The property itself was cute and clean.

We had a bit of an issue with booking, the cleaning staff gave our unit to another guest that checked in before us, and we were stuck using a different unit that didn’t offer the ping pong or foosball table. Also, the front AC unit was broken so the house was hot except for the bedroom. We were sweating a lot when we wanted to hangout outside of the bedroom which was only a bed and a side table. The owner communicated with us about the unit change well though. The last night of our stay, we moved to the unit we were supposed to have. Although the AC in this unit did work, the lounge was uncomfortable and could fit one person but was small. There was a chair that was okay as well. The balls for the ping pong table weren’t bouncy so I was disappointed we couldn’t play that as it was a big reason for booking that specific unit. There wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner available and the body soap was likely left by previous guests. Technically within walking distance to French Quarter, but we ubered or drove most of the time as the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Altogether, not a great experience for us unfortunately. But it was clean and was an okay apartment for the price.

The bed was too low. Maybe put a box spring on it.

Nothing it was dirty had to go to dollar store and spend over a 100$ on cleaning supplies new bed sheets blankets , toilet paper, tissue paper ! Bed cover cause mattress was nasty with red black spots! Horrible experience for my girl first trip to New Orleans!

Everything!!! Nasty place old place cranks in floor could see straight through floor in some spots nasty bed with spots WiFi didn’t work ! No bath soap rags or towels or toilet paper or tissue paper. Horrible are dude next door sold drugs to drug addict all night long door barely lock had to put chair in front on door to feel safe it just was a complete disaster!
