1. Comfortable room. 2. Location. 3. Hospitality. 4. Breakfast options.

1. Upkeep of washrooms - stinking drains, shower drain was block-ish, low water pressure in flush. 2. Due to same entry of HICC and Novotel, it was always crowded and jammed for cabs. No autos allowed inside. A separate entry for both might help. 3. Too much noise from corridors. Interrupted sleep due to bells buzzing in neighboring rooms, people walking & talking in corridors, etc.

Reception though junior but do her utmost to ensure issue was rectified and guest is satisfied. But I did not manage to get her name. It was16th Sep late at night 11 pm plus. Housekeeping tidy up as if for their own home. They reminded me of my mother who always just discreetly tidied up my messy room. 😄 Restaurant staffs could identify and remember guest preferences even for such short stay.

Buffet spread is very biased towards Indian dishes. During exhibition period, hotel could consider opening the side gate next to the restaurant for guests convenient as the shuttle buggy are irregular and not sufficient in peak hours. Breakfast at club lounge had too few servers and selections
