Buffet and location is great Internal travel made easy by buggy service Rooms were good

Front desk management seemed understaffed and too very long to revert on critical requests such as date change. In room dining food came in incorrect and stale. We weren't informed that the pool and spa would be closed for renovations. During the day, there was extremely loud construction noise due to this.

Location near Hitex city

The rooms were very shabby, and the bathroom was a disaster. The shower pressure was not good, and the water kept seeping out of the shower area into the entire bathroom.

特にありません。

・常に清潔・快適、豪華さは無いがホスピタリティーは最高 ・５泊したので朝食も５回頂いたが、最終日の朝にスタッフがそれを知っていて特別なケーキプレートとドリンクで送り出してくれた。　毎朝笑顔で送り出してくれたおかげで良い出張になった、感謝！

・飛行機の到着遅れからチェックインが午前３時頃になり、フロントスタッフは疲れ気味。　 ・ホテルへ入る際の持ち物検査で「スーツケース内に日本刀のような大きな金属が有る」との疑いで全開を求められたが、30cm長程度の折り畳み傘の誤認だった ・フロントでパスポートのコピーなどを終えたはずが部屋に入った後に再度の提示を求められ、長旅の疲れから直ぐの就寝が出来なかった。　翌朝謝罪を受けたが。
