Celaka Birmingham Central apartment, Free Indoor Parking

The apartment had a surprising number of amenities and really felt like thought had gone into what visitors might need during their stay! We're used to bringing a variety of things with us or making do but we really did appreciate it. The location was also excellent and gave us easy access to the places we intended to visit.

Although the beds were alright, being a tall person I am suffering somewhat from the sofa today! Granted we spent a day in and relaxing so likely not a problem if you're out and about more and also not the worst sofa I've sat on. Honestly, as that's my biggest complaint hopefully you appreciate how good things were otherwise!

Clean and great facilities

Fantastic apartment, label's on all of the cupboards so you weren't hunting for items. WiFi code easy to find. Loved the leg massager & TV's in both rooms. High priced amenities in the bathroom too which was a lovely touch. Car park very easy to use especially for centre of Birmingham. Security in the building love & Close to restaurants & supermarkets. Well done to the owner.

The sofa bed could have been more comfortable and the shower controller easier to use. You need superhuman strength to flush the toilet.

Visited with my disabled mum flat was on 6th floor and lifts where out of order, booked as it had a bath as my mum unable to stand in shower, bath plug was broken so was unusable, contacted the property whilst there to say i was unhappy as my disabled mum was struggling getting up numerous flights of stairs and the ignored my message and have still not had a response from them 6 days later appalling customer service

Great location, easy to find, good communication. Clean & tidy perfect for a visit to Birmingham.

The shower had little pressure and was very hot even on the cold setting.

Great location. Spacious apartment.

Lift was out of order when we arrived. It was repaired a few days later.
