Great location plus hassle free secure parking

The lift is still not working, so if you have any difficulties climbing stairs don’t stay , apart from that it’s a lovely stay .

Der Aufzug war wohl schon seit Monaten kaputt, sehr viele Stufen und zu der Wohnung zu kommen. Geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche.

The apartment is very well equipped for both short and longer stays – lots of cooking essentials provided (sauces, spices, oil, coffee, tea, cookies, foil, etc.). The location is excellent: right in the heart of Chinatown, close to the city centre, yet very quiet. Secure parking with monitoring and 24/7 security is a big plus. The apartment itself was also spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, we weren’t informed beforehand that the lift was out of order, and it remained non-functional during our entire stay. This was quite uncomfortable, especially since the apartment is on the 6th floor (with parking already around the 2nd–3rd level). Despite two fans in the apartment, the temperature inside stayed at 28.6°C, which made it tough during the hot summer. In addition, the internet connection was very weak (around 13–14 Mbps). We tried restarting the router several times and also reported the issue, but it wasn’t resolved during our stay.

Centrally located and with free parking. Very minimal outside noise. Good kitchen facilities.

Lifts out of action so a lot of stairs to contend with. Shower could do with a little more pressure and temperature control.

The apartment was excellent, location was first class,2 minutes from the hippodrome, the heart of China town, with the added bonus of off street parking, with direct access to the building was perfect

On arrival, 3rd floor via the carpark,the access via an intercom was easy, however the apartment is on the 6th floor and the lift is out of order, a total of 88 stairs spread over 6 flights was to say the least, frustrating, not the owners fault but if we were any less able bodied it would have ruined our short break,
