The kitchens could’ve been a lot cleaner come with a little more utensils. You need to spray for roaches water damage on the ceiling, sleeper sofa, broken spiders on the walls.

Facility overall is nice. I felt like it was a good value for what we expected. Wonderful pool areas. Grounds are very well maintained. Parking is easily accessible and hassle free. Restaurant was tasty and had good views. Drinks at the tiki bar were wonderful. Multiple beach access areas. They did have a DJ at the outdoor pool area.

Housekeeping does not routinely tidy rooms which is fine but no vacuum or broom is provided. Beds were super firm (just not my preference) and the linens were not very nice although they were pristen clean. The doors to the room are VERY HEAVY and the hinge automatically closes on itself. Very hard to get multiple people in and out without being hurt by the door.

The Starbucks

The tower that we stayed in was definitely outdated and made my kids and I uncomfortable the whole time. The lights were not working in the kitchen and the TV in the living room would work when it wanted to, I didn't even bother to call anyone because we were only there for two nights. I will definitely not be booking that tower again!
