Didn’t get breakfast, was not happy with the cost.

Closet smelled old and the ironing board cover needs to be replaced

Not a super big hotel which I like. Everyone was super friendly and helpful

The beach was messed up from there working on it and we need to start getting handicapped room

The location, and easy access to everything.

The bed had a red stain on the sheets, and we didn't like that our room was on the 3rd floor, it was too close to the people at the pool area, couldn't sit out on the balcony in peace without someone all in our face.

Everything kids loved the slides and hot tubs

so kid friendly, everyone was nice, the facilities were maintained well for the most part, lots to do as you shouldn’t get bored

They didn’t clean our room during our stay, we called front desk for trash bags was told they would send some to us, never received them, we had to ask for clean towels.

The mirror was a nice lighted, full-length kind. We liked the Murphy bed and the smart tvs. The full sized fridge was also handy.

There was a strange lack of lighting in the room. The sheets were very cheap feeling, especially in the humidity at the beach. The toilet sometimes bubbled back toilet paper. The service at The Crow's Nest on-site restaurant was not great. Some of them seemed less knowledgeable and it was a bit slow and awkward. We only ate there once. The parking wasn't great either as the main parking deck that's attached to the building is pretty small and always full. We usually had to park on the other side of the registration office and walk over.
