Location

It really needs some updated furniture. There was rust all over our refrigerator and the sofa had bad stains all over it was disgusting 🤢 we had to ask for sheets to cover it. There were no closet doors and when we took a shower 🚿 the water went out very very slowly so we were standing in water while taking a shower!!

The location was nice and the amenities were as well.

How the staff was constantly getting on kids just living their best lives in the pool having a good time. But they were told to be more quieter. My room was not the best smelled moldy and sheets were not cleaned had stains on them. The toilet paper holder was broke. I also had to go get my own toilet paper from the front desk . I like clean towels everyday and didnt get that either.

Our room was very clean, the view was amazing, staff was great!

Very convenient to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The first day our trash was emptied, but our used towels weren’t picked up and fresh towels provided. The phone was always busy when I tried to notify the front desk. I had to go to registration to get fresh towels. The following 3 days, we had no problems.
