The staff was friendly, the pools and restaurants provided plenty of variety and fun for kids. Easy access to the beach.

The units displayed in the photos aren’t necessarily what you end up with. All these reviews talking about updated units and such…ours doesn’t even look like it’s had maintenance in YEARS so beware. Black mold in the bathroom, mold/moisture spots on the ceiling in the bedroom, the SMELL was god awful. We had to open the balcony door and air it out for most of our stay before the smell finally dissipated. All the doors in the unit we stayed in are damaged so it was hard to open/close them. The AC unit literally fell off the wall when we touched it to cut it on. The blankets provided for the bed are very thin so you better bring your own or keep it very warm in your room. Our kid pulled out the sofa bed and it was filthy with food and crumbs, ended up folding it back up and just sleeping on the couch. Security around the pools is concerning to say the least. A whole family came in and stayed in the pools for a while, and then asked my husband where he got the wristbands for the pools. . .the wristbands are the room keys they give you at check in so clearly they were not guests at the hotel.
