Location, big airy apartment, equipped with everything you need Best communication/availability from the host Very friendly house cleaner Beach, promenade and sunset views from the balcony Beautiful and clean apartment Burger allowed us to drop in bags before checkin time as we arrive in CPT early in the day

Street burgers close by, but they don’t bother anyone Traffic noise as it’s a busy area Kitchen can do with better breakfast utensils, from a non stick frying pan

Everything, it was in such a convenient area. It was clean, as is in the picture. Very safe and secure. They had parking for our car. I would definitely go back!!

The location was excellent.

Place decor needs upgrading. There is an awful smell hanging in the apartment, due to the moist in the walls. Blinds is broken and some of the bed lights didn't work. Place needs TLC.

"Very pleasant stay, good location to Promenade but lots of traffic noise."

Host was a phenomenal communicater and couldnt have done more to assist. Unit is great, liked the fact that there was a bath.

Road is very very noisy and comes into unit, but everywhere around there is noisy.
