AtriumResidences with FreeParking, AC, Balcony and Wi-fi

First of all, we were not informed that our apartment was located in Block A, not Block B. I called the owner twice, no answer and no reply to my messages at all. We arrived in the evening with two small children, and I started to panic as there was no one to help us find the place. We eventually found the block A on our own, on the opposite side of the building. Unlike the photos shown on Booking, the apartment is very dirty. At first glance (especially arriving late in the evening), it looks well arranged, but once you see it in daylight, the reality is completely different. There are stains all over the furniture, carpet, mattress, and pillows. Since we were traveling with two small children, I had to sleep in the living room with the younger child. Unfortunately, sleeping there was impossible. So-called “extra sleeping space” was made from two pieces of a broken taboret with uneven height, making it very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, and the TV does not work at all, with no instructions provided. The kitchen is mediocre, with broken ceramic on the cooking surface and very poor equipment overall. The chairs are dirty and not even the same as those shown in the photos. Heating was not working. What shocked us the most was the dirt behind the couch - absolutely disgusting. There was even an empty condom package, clearly indicating the area had not been cleaned for weeks. We were truly shocked by what we paid compared to what was advertised. The apartment is very misleadingly presented in photos. The owners didn’t even bother to check whether we had managed to find the apartment, despite knowing we were arriving with small children. We were relieved to leave the next morning and will definitely never return. I would absolutely not recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially families with children. Avoid - not worth the money.

Regisztrálni az adatokat csak on line lehet a helyszínen nem. Isten mentsen meg attól, hogy ne működjön az okostelefonod (sajnos jártunk már így külföldön) A szobában a wifi nem működött, hívtuk az operátort, mert személyzet az nem volt. Az esti telefonos operátor szerintem nem értett rendesen magyarul, de az angolra sem reagált, egyszerűen annyit mondott, hogy sajnálja ... meg utánanéz és letette a telefont. Az viszont hallatszott, hogy többedmagával az utcán sétál... A parkoló bejáratánál nincs házszám kiírva, sem más tábla ami arra utal, hogy jó, helyen vagy. Navi nélkül keresheted... az egyetlen árulkodó jel egy doboz jobb oldalt a vaslemez falak mellett, a kulcsot hozzáérintve megmozdul a fal. A parkolóban a falakon csak pár helyre van szám kiírva meg rendszámok stb. A szállásé nem volt a falon. Ki kellett szálni a kocsiból, hogy egyáltalán megtaláljuk és le tudjuk olvasni ugyanis a padlóra vannak festve a világos sárga számok, de a tél utáni kosztól alig látszanak). A kulcstrezort viszonylag könnyen megtaláltam a parkoló ajtajával szemben de 2 kulcs volt benne. Szemüveg és telefon nélkül nem tudtam azonosítani. A szálláshoz gyalog vagy kocsival csak egyirányú utcán keresztül jutsz el. Ha már betértél az utcába, ahhoz, hogy meglegyen a kulcsod vagy parkolni tudj meg kell kerülni a háztömböt. Felejtsd el a szokásos recepciós lehetőséget ahol mindent elintézhetsz. Először magolj be minden részletet, googlezd ki egyenként, vizualizáld aztán simán bejutsz.
