לא עבד אינטרנט , לא הייתה אפשרות לצפות בטלוויזיה והבעלים לא ענו על תלונה שלנו בנושא . כריים היו שבורים אבל עבדו , לא היה פותחן ליין ולא הייה מחבט לטיגון . אלה דברים בסיסים שהיום בכל המקומות שהיינו בעולם

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at all. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was dust everywhere, and the bathroom was dirty, including the bathtub and mirror. The dishes were dirty and unusable, and there were not enough cutlery for four people. The oven and microwave were also extremely dirty we couldn’t use them. The sofa and the carpet were full of stains, and the bed linens did not feel clean at all. Overall, the apartment is very worn out and clearly needs renovation as well as a deep, professional cleaning. Additionally, there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi. It did not work during our stay. The owner admitted that the Wi-Fi was “borrowed” from another apartment they manage and told us to wait for the other guests there to restart the router. Even after reporting the issue, nothing was resolved, and then the owner stopped responding completely. We had no Wi-Fi for four days, despite multiple messages and calls. We also found the apartment rules demanding, such as taking out the trash when leaving and washing the dishes. While we would normally respect these rules anywhere, in this case it was unreasonable given the terrible state in which we found the apartment. We felt very uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. On Christmas Day, instead of relaxing, we had to vacuum the apartment and clean the bathtub, mirror, dishes, and kitchen counter just to be able to stay there. This was very disappointing and not at all what we expected.

Все грязно, хозяин очень редко отвечает, инструкции ужасные, я забыл вещь в номере, они сказали что не было ничего, в общем украли мою вещь
