The only thing I would like was location, easy to find, and the bed. Was comfortable and the bedding clean and crispy. Quick response from the owner.

The bathroom didn't have a radiator. it was freezing while I was trying to have a bath . Warm water was used up quickly as there is a certain amount of water that is there, and then you need to wait while some more get warm. Was already cold there, and they have to come out. Very basic as well but passable. However, a radiator would make the difference. Lots of space indeed but quite dusty inside not that I need the space just notice. Kichen was actually worse. I didn't realise that the oven has not been clean and has oil at the bottom. There was so much smoke that I ended up with a headache. I'm not sure how this was passable as cooking accessories, but there was only a big pot that was way too big. I asked in advance if there was a one, and the owner said he would bring one, but he didn't. Not impressed with the so-called cooking tools, I was unable to prepare anything, really. The studio didn't have central heating, only air conditioning with heat function that, in my view, wouldn't suffice in winter. Was kinda ok, but I wouldn't stay there in the future. I was unable to have a small pot to make a homemade coffee and list carry-on. If you eat out it may be fine but don't rely on cooking facilities with one pot only and that was so big. The freezer was also not clean and had lots of ice in. The tiles in the kitchen needed a very good clean. As I said, the owner was very responsive and trying to get help when I couldn't get in the studio, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the place. Hope that the name of Royal doesn't relate to the actual studio as it is overrated. There is no hot water in the kitchen. Had to take that dirty tray from the oven out as I didn't realise where the smoke came from and clean that with cold water. This place could do nicely with a renovation hence you can not see photos with the building, batroom or kichen.

Patul foarte confortabil, usor de intrat si gasit apartamentul. In zona ai destule locuri de unde sa iti iei ce iti trebuie. De mentionat faptul ca incalzirea vine de la aerul conditionat pentru ca termoficarea orasului lasa de dorit :)

Mi se pare ciudat faptul ca baia si bucataria nu sunt renovate dar macar este curatenie

Camera e pe gustul meu. Imi plac culorile și totul din cameră.

Baia lasă de dorit. Dar sper că va fi renovată și apa caldă se termină după un duș. :)

a fost un pic frig, așternuturile nu miroseau a proaspăt… nu știu dacă erau spălate. pilota era în dulap și cearceaful de la ea sigur nu era spălat pt ca avea un miros ciudat.
