The Espiritu

Location, clean rooms with air conditioning, very helpful personnel. The ladies in reception helped us to find a transfer to the airport with 2 stops at a reasonable price. They also organised our transfer in Port Villa, which was really helpful of the team.

The Espiritu is fantastic 👌, can not fault the staff. Beautiful people ❤️

Colazione. Molti ingredienti non erano disponibili e quindi la scelta era molto limitata. Inoltre le porzioni erano un pò piccole.

Super friendly staff. Able to book a nice SUV direct from the desk. The restaurant is nice and the morning breakfast is really great. Located right downtown on the main road.

This was just what we were looking for and expecting in Luganville.

Absolutely 💯

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and pillows and the fact there was an aircon was a plus considering many places don't have aircon.

The food in the restaurant is average and the front desk staff is helpless. I'm not sure if the issue was that they don't understand English well but they didn't know much about the tours. They organised a taxi for us and allowed the driver to overcharge us saying the trip was 20min away when in fact it was only 5-7 min. There isn't much to do in Luganville, but the hotel is near the warf which is free to go to Aore Island and the visit is worth it.

The level of service provided by the staff was as high as I’ve experienced anywhere in the world

Maybe a slightly bigger room but we did go for the cheapest option so will upgrade next time
