The wifi had good speed and coverage but needing new codes all the time was a bit of a pain

I stayed at the Espiritu while in Santo on business and it worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi was reliable, and being right in the middle of Luganville made it easy to get around to customers. What really stood out though was the atmosphere — my customer took me on the local war museum tour which was an eye-opener, and back at the hotel the Friday night BBQ and karaoke was a highlight. Great food, plenty of laughs, and a good chance to meet people. The staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful the whole time. A great balance of work convenience and local experience — I’ll definitely be back.

Everyone at The Espiritu was amazing and the interactions with all the staff was the highlight of our stay. Everyone went out of their way to help whether it was booking tours, preparing fruit we purchased at the markets or helping to organise food to take for tours. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and they cooked up some delicious dinners, and the included breakfast menu was very generous and tasty. The Espiritu is located on the main street in town, making it perfect for local tour pick ups, supplies in town and close to the airport. We would definitely recommend staying at The Espiritu and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you to Cindy and the team for the wonderful experience you provided!!
