Room facilities was not good. There was no ventilation in the rooms. It was super suffocating. I fell sick here due to the suffocation. The room was very small for 2 people. It was a waste of money for such a room at such a high price.

The room lock is not working, the bedsheet is not clean, the bathroom is dirty, there is a weird smell in the room, and there are no amenities provided. Room service is available but not worth ordering.

Our experience at Hotel Arts International was extremely disappointing. The name and presentation online do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel, rooms, or overall service. To begin with, the hotel entrance itself was poorly maintained and unwelcoming. There was no functioning lift, which caused significant inconvenience, especially since we checked in late at around 12 AM and had no option but to adjust for the night. We were assured that the lift issue would be resolved, but nothing was done. Climbing up and down the stairs repeatedly became extremely difficult, yet we still tried to cooperate and manage the situation. Unfortunately, the behavior of the hotel staff made matters worse. One of the staff members passed unnecessary comments and spoke in a very inappropriate manner to guests, which was completely unacceptable. Due to this unpleasant and uncomfortable experience, we were forced to check out late at night around 11:30 PM. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and not at all what we expected.
