George, Dylan and the entire staff are so welcoming and accomodating! The facilities are clean, the water pressure is great and the price is right. Breakfast was yummy and so too was dinner. Really enjoyed our stay and even extended by 2 days.

The location was a little far from downtown Arusha but if you’re looking to be out of town, then it’s great! Getting into town was a 4000TSH tuktuk ride.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Easy and quick communication. They arranged pick up from JRO airport for our flight that arrived at 2am. The food was excellent, and the rooms clean and equipped with everything you need. Really lovely communal area outside.

Great venue. George is really friendly and helpful. He arranged everything for us during our visit, from airport transfers, and evening meals, to the safaris. It was easy to discuss and arrange activities with George before the visit through booking.com / what’s app. Would highly recommend.

Everything was super good. Breakfast was perfect! You can book the safari there. The girls who work there are really nice and kind.

Georges, le manager a été super accueillant et réactif. Nous avions oublié d'acheter une carte SIM et il l'a fait pour nous très vite. Leïla nous a préparé un dîner et un petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Asente sana!

Food, rooms were gloomy

Bedrooms are wide, private bathroom with warm and powerful shower stream. Beds are confy and king size. There are small shops around. The employees and owner are very kind and helpfull. They even washed our shoes without us asking, after a long and dirty hike, and not charging for it. The meals and breakfast are great quality, freshly cooked, they can adapt to diet or allergy. The outside commons are very warm and welcoming with brasero, a big table for all the guest to eat together. The owner even informed me about other guest attending dinner with me/us which allowed me to know when to book dinner and meet fantastic people and connect. The employees and owner will do anything to help you for organizing anything or giving advice. I truely and warmly recommend.

The location is a bit far to go city center by walking but taking a motobike is easy. Wifi didn't work most of the time and some power outage but it's general outtage not just this hotel so can't blame them for that. Some of the light still worked because of side energy production.
