Safari villa

Very pleasant people. Young and polite staff. Very comfortable place to stay. Unique experience. Very different than any other experience in Tanzania. Very peaceful and quiet. Very clean. Highly recommended for people who seek something special.

This was a great place. I can't believe it's not fully booked all the time. Exceptional value!! It's very clean, good free breakfast, actually too much for me to eat. 5 mins walk brings you to the main road where you can catch a boda boda, small mini van bus, for super cheap. I wouldn't hesitate going back! Staff are excellent.

Nothing really

George and his staff are so helpful. He would ensure that our stay were good. The food served were also tasty and in a very large portion, so if you are not a big eater, kindly inform him in advanced to avoid wasting of food. Love having dinner there, chit chatting with George and other travellers (Matthew and Eric). George helped to arrange few trips as well; Lake Duluti ($30/pax), Ngorongoro Day Trip ($220/pax - shared) and Napuru Waterfall ($60 + $10 entrance + $10 guide - I'm going alone with Bryan). Everything was so good and lovely. Owh ya, and they have cute cat as well. Thanks guys.

We had a wonderful stay at Safari Villa! The property is semi new and will stay booked. George was so kind and has a cheerful spirit! He's easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. George offers great advice and responds quickly. Nice hot water shower and fast wifi. They light a nice bonfire in the evening. The space is tastefully decorated. Our flight was delayed hours and we had our luggage shipped to Arusha George and his Brother were kind enough to go pick it up for us before the place closed so that our luggage would be waiting when we arrived. The ladies making breakfast were very kind. A large filling breakfast is included. We went on a safari, and George was kind enough to hold our luggage for us. When we returned late at night, he met our driver to guide him to Safari Villa so we could pick it up. Great gentleman and absolutely gorgeous property. We like that he had a credit card machine so we could always pay with a card. Don't hesitate to book with George, and you are in secure hands. Thanks for everything, George!

First impression was great. Beautiful welcoming with various African animals painted around the restaurant and garden. Staff were super friendly on arrival and offered drinks. Room was very large, clean and food was incredible. Amazing value

The place was incredibly clean. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was big. There was hot water as well. Good fan! The breakfast was big with lots of fruit, eggs, toast, crepe, sweetpotato and a weiner. The owner is fantastic, he communications were quickly.. It was the best valued place we've had in all of the 10 countries we've visited in Africa! Thank you to the staff! Keep up the great work!

There were a few mosquitoes at night, keeping0 the bathroom door and windows closed, and it should not be a problem.

The accommodation was very good for our long-term stay at Arusha. George and the staff were absolutely supportive and friendly. The service was perfect and the food also very local, fresh and delicious. Even when we had health problems George was available anytime and was driving us even to the hospital and managed everything. Without him it would have been very difficult. He also arranged our trips for sightseeing and the safari. To conclude it was a beautiful experience to stay at the Safari Villa and we will miss George and the staff.

To drive to the city center you need to have a driver, but that's not a problem. George manages that greatly. The area is calmer than in the city center though.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property was spotlessly clean and well-organized throughout. The breakfast was very nice, offering everything you could want to start your day. The real standout was George, who went above and beyond as our host. He made us feel completely at home and was always available whenever we needed anything. His attentive service and friendly demeanor really enhanced our experience. You can tell he takes genuine pride in ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable accommodation with exceptional service.

First of all, I’d like to thank George and all the staff for going an extra mile to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I felt more than welcome and I really appreciate all the help with arranging my safari trip (an experience of a lifetime). I also went for a trip to the mount Meru waterfall which was absolutely fantastic (thanks to my tour guide Gilbert)! My room was clean, bed was comfortable, I was also happy with the dinner served directly in the property. Communication with George was excellent (both before and during my trip). He picked me up at the airport and he was always there - there’s nothing this guy can’t arrange for you :) Safari villa is a great value for money. Asante sana!
