Perfect location..just in front if the dunes with wonderful view. You can start a 4 wheel drive tour of the dunes from the hotel and they have their own camels to do a ride in the evening to see the sunset There is a wonderful outdoor pool you can enjoy after a very hot day Personnel is very friendly

La vista e la disponibilità del ragazzo che ci ha servito la cena e il pranzo

La mancanza della cura del dettaglio. Struttura di qualche anno fa che non viene curata come dovrebbe. Si paga solo la vista.

Das Essen war dem preis nicht gerecht sowohl das Abend Essen aber auch das Frühstück für marokkanische Verhältnisse. Auserdem war das Bett etwas hart aber das ist kein Ausschlaggebender Punkt

El precio de servicio de transporte hasta el alojamiento, al estar tan retirado era muy difícil llegar por la propia cuenta y al contactar con ellos nos cobraban casi 1000€ por solo un trayecto

The location is amazing, right by the dunes and the view is stunning. The room was spacious and clean. One member of staff was very friendly and helpful.

Facilities: the pool is nice but there were not enough sun beds and no umbrellas at all. There is no menu for drinks or food, you don't know if anything is available at all. Nobody asked if we needed anything so you proactively have to find a member of staff to ask and it felt like it was an inconvenience for them. Breakfast was very average, not a good selection at all. Our 5 year old daughter was just sitting on a sofa chilling out and one of the staff just came around the corner and touched her out of nowhere. Our daughter got scared and was really upset. I confronted him and his manager immediately and the situation was played down, he claimed he just wanted to play with her and they didn't even apologize. It is definitely not okay for a grown man to touch a 5 year old girl against her will 😢 she didn't feel very safe after that incident
