Il y avait pleins d insecte partout et une chauve souris qui a tournée toute la nuit dans notre chambre . Le petit déj une catastrophe la piscine sale. Verte. Le personnel pas sympa ! J'ai fais d'autre hotel a merzouga mieux en tout juste a côté

De ligging pal aan de woestijn. De kamer was mooi en praktisch. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers.

De leidinggevende bij de receptie straalde nadrukkelijk ongeïnteresseerdheid uit tegenover de gasten.

Localização e arquitetura

As refeições eram bastante fracas em relação ao custo! Alguns detalhes dos quartos não funcionavam bem como a iluminação por exemplo. Os empregados não são nada simpáticos e nem tão pouco se mostram prestáveis.

Everything was absolutely perfect during my stay here, and I genuinely had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff took care of everything for us, including booking all the tours, which made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. It was also very convenient that you could pay by card if needed. The food was amazing too; every meal was delicious and well prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the camel experience, both at sunrise and at sunset, which was truly unforgettable and beautiful. I also want to mention the guide, Youssef, who made the whole experience even better with his kindness and professionalism. The pool was fantastic, and the location was incredible, right in front of the dunes, which made the setting even more special. Overall, it is an amazing place with amazing people, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

L’hotel est au pied des dunes, rendant le cadre incroyable. La chambre est confortable, tres propre et bien décorée. Petit déjeuner et diner tres bien.
