It was just perfect!

Place is very good for a quiet stay. Kitchen is well equipped, all kinds of pots and pans, roaster etc. Separate bedroom is nice so "the living" room is spacious enough. Definitely worth staying and possibly will return someday.

The size of the water boiler is okay for showering, but not for bath. After filling the bath there was no hot water left and had to wait a while before water heated up again. Also keep in mind that the owner's house is not very far away and is visible from the windows. It did not bother us, but you are not really alone in the woods.

fantastic location, just 10 min drive from Sigulda, in the forest but very easy to get to. Everything is brand new and of high quality (coffee machine for example), very nice facilities - well thought out and very well executed. Wonderful views of the forest and the pond. Will definitely return!

An exceptional place in an excellent location! The house itself was immaculate, both beautifully furnished and spotless. The bedroom overlooking the forest was stunning! Everything is very well thought through, the property caters to your every need. We enjoyed setting up a fire in the evening and using the sauna in the morning for a perfect start to the day! The sauna is spacious and very comfortable. The place is based in a great location within an easy drive to Gaujas National Park.
