I booked a 5-night stay and was placed in a room that was different from the photos on Booking. It had no window and was very dark. The next day, I was moved to the room I had originally booked (upstairs). However, the room certainly was not "deluxe." It was small, not cleaned once during my stay, and lacked the fridge and kettle that were promised in the Booking description. The walls had poor insulation, offering no privacy- I could hear everything my neighbors were doing- including bathroom visits. Additionally, the reception was not open 24 hours as stated on Booking. No one was there at night. The owner was very determined to charge me the full price even tho one night I stayed in the room I never booked and I told him that the price should be adjusted accordingly, especially for missing amenities throughout my whole stay. An absolute disappointment.

The room is clean and quiet. The house has an ancient architectural style but feels like home, very comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. I recommend tours. My family stayed for an extra week. It was a meaningful and happy trip with my family. Thank you very much, host.
