From the restaurant staff to reception, they were very disrespectful. On the night before leaving, I went to the reception to ask to pay the room and make the invoices for the rooms, I had 3 rooms in total. The guy from the reception (the only one nice) apologized and went to look for his colleagues to help with the invoice. The blond lady gave me so much attitude, like how I would ask for invoices so late at night. She treated me so poorly like we asked to stay there for free, not asking to pay for the rooms. I mentioned to her that I'm there for work too, and the next day, I'm leaving at 5 m and this is not a reason to be treated like this. She better help now than bother them so early in the morning. Of course, she replied with an attitude, I won't be here anyway! Not to mention that the breakfast is to poor for a 4* hotel. My colleagues for the other rooms found 🐜 in the room and the cleaning lady told to the receptionist it was from their bag s she didn't say that the room was not cleaned properly. My colleagues actually found the room dirty, and the bag with 🐜 was already in the room when they checked in.
