Marida Hotel

I'm totally disappointed about this hotel. It definitely doesn't deserve 4* and the good rates from booking!

We arrived late, around 22 15 pm, went to restaurant because from the reception told us it will closed at 23. The waiter visible bothered by our presence gives us a big attitude and makes us feel very bad. The waiter starts putting the chairs on the table to make us leave. If you don't like the noise, this is not a place to stay around 6 30 a.m., they start putting the chairs back to the tables and practically they dragged them on the floor. After dinner, i arrived in the room and went to the bathroom . The cleaning it was only superficial, a used tampon was left in the bean, and hair was ever worn in the room.

The exceptionally supportive staff went above and beyond during my visit. The owner personally assisted in resolving my car issues on the 2nd day of Christmas, ensuring a safe and uninterrupted journey for us.

The hotel boasts an outstanding team, location, top-notch amenities, and an impressive building. The staff's hospitality, coupled with the ideal setting, facilities, and the architectural charm of the building, collectively create a memorable and delightful stay.

The property and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I liked everything.
