Good location

Bed quilts were not cleaned or previously used by another guest. My sleep was not pleasant.

Absulutely recommended for Jaffna! The Building Is clearly new and It Is well kept, clean rooms, perfect bathrooms and clean beds! The little garden had even a couple of fruit trees like papaya or bananas. Everyone is extremily kind and welcoming. Even though some may speak little to no english, they still try to comunicate with the little world they know and a super kind smile. When we came back the first night from the dinner, we had a little chat with the night keeper, he was extremily nice. He even got us a papaya to eat in the morning. Soo kind! The place is super close to the centre, less than 5 mins by tuk tuk, which you can order yourself on the app Pickme or they will order it for you. If the speaking english guy is not present, he is always reachable by phone for any useful information, even to suggest some really nice restaurants. He would even come back anytime needed. Moreover, by mistake we forgor to pay, and the person responsible was so kind to come to the bus station instead of making us go back. Super nice and extremily helpful. Lastly, to have breakfast on top of the building is really nice. The terrace ha a nice view of the sourranding. Highly reccomend it to anyone visiting Jaffna!!

Very modern building with outstanding plumbing, powerful AC and wi-fi. Close to a three wheel park to go wherever you wish in town. Staff members very nice to customers. Good Srilankan breakfast. In the “common area” there’s a kitchen with a large fridge in case you wish to cook something. I think I will return if in the area again.

No shampoo/bath foam in the bathroom only soap bars. No desk in the room but in front of it there’s a living room (to be shared with the others room on the floor) with a large table. Same menu in 4 days for breakfast.

Chouette hôtel, chambre agréable. Terrasse privée et climatisation fonctionne. Bonne localisation.

Rooms were decent size and clean . Staff were friendly and helpful.

May be restaurant facilities would be an added benefit for the customers.
