From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose genuine hospitality and attention to detail made a lasting impression. The check-in process was seamless and friendly – I immediately felt at home. The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained, offering a tranquil and serene environment that’s perfect for both business and leisure travellers. The garden setting is peaceful and lush, providing a lovely space to relax after a long day. It's clear that a lot of care and pride goes into the upkeep of the surroundings. My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a restful stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and it showed throughout the entire establishment. What truly set this stay apart was the kindness and helpfulness of the owner. After checking out, I realised I had accidentally left my bags behind. The owner went above and beyond to assist me – quickly locating and securing my belongings and making every effort to ensure they were safely returned. That level of personal care and commitment to guests is truly rare and so deeply appreciated. For anyone visiting Potchefstroom – whether for business, academic purposes at the nearby university, or simply passing through – I wholeheartedly recommend Garden Court Potchefstroom. It’s a place where you’ll be welcomed with warmth, treated with care, and leave feeling truly valued.
