Positive is the location near by small community mall and police station

The property is really poor maintenance and cleanliness. You will find dust everywhere in room and bathroom door handle is broken. Faucet, toilet bowl and sink, actually is everywhere never been scrubbed for ages!

Nothing in the bathroom, except shampoo and towels. Very small room, with faraway center location.

Inexpensive (less than 60AUD for 2 people). Relatively good location, not too far from old town (central area) so it was quite peaceful, the staff were nice and the bed was comfy and clean. Better than a hostel atleast. Swimming pool is nice and there is a cute grey cat who sits in the lobby. 7/11 right next door.

There were stains on the couch, the AC does not work below a certain temperature, the water pressure was horribly weak and the shower head sent the water in completely different directions and was practically unusable. If you're fussy about these things, would not recommend.
