備用床單有一點灰塵，附近找吃的不太方便。

以前クチコミに暖房設備が弱くて寒かったとの指摘がありましたが、ガスヒーター、電気温風ヒーターが増設され快適に過ごせました。 ロケーションは温泉施設、湯本まで適度な距離で満足。　あと、清潔感はバッチリ👍

キッチンが寒かった。

This place was super clean, very warm and inviting. We especially loved the lighting and intimate features which made for a cozy night.

The roads leading in were a bit scary without sidewalks.

Located about 10 min drive to Lake Ashi. The house was really clean and I loved the traditional Japanese aesthetic. Very homely and cosy. The timber interiors were very beautiful as well. Toilets and bathroom were very clean.

The washing machine was a little old and did not have a dryer function so we had to hang our clothes around the house near the aircon units. The cover of the washing machine was also hard to open after the washing was done.

The parking lot is right next to the house, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the views with sunshine outside the window perfectly complement the Japanese-style design. Most importantly, we once forgot some valuable belongings, and the team responded promptly to our questions and arranged express delivery. Their back-office service is very supportive and reliable.

The front door is a bit tricky to open, as it feels a little rusty.
