Homestay tay

I arrived at Homestay Tây expecting to have a solo Christmas and ended up being invited into a beautiful family. I had a wonderful time here and the friendliness and hospitality was beautiful. If you are looking for an authentic rural vietnamese experience this is the place to go!

I came to this place by accident. I was returning alone to Ho Chi Minh City from the northeast direction, and figured out where it would be convenient for me to spend the night. I looked at the options on the map and noticed this homestay with a rating of 9.9. Quite interested, glimpsed the pictures, read the description, but did not read the reviews. Just booked and arrived after a while. And suddenly found myself on a farm! I won't go into all the details - much is mentioned in other reviews. I will only add that we talked a lot about various things, and in the morning we went to pick fruit at a neighboring abandoned plot, and also rode to the store to buy a few things. In the afternoon I sat at the table relaxing with tea, while people around me went about their business. And suddenly I had the unusual feeling that I had been living here for years and that the people around me were my family. In the end, I left reluctantly around 5pm, just because there were things to do in the city. But I wanted to stay longer. And one day I'll return here.

I didn't like leaving this place. 😉

A very authentic experience of how the locals live in this region. And also a very welcoming family. If you want you can eat all meals with the family together.

it’s an amazing experience to stay for a night with this lovely family. they speak English and will do everything to make you feel comfortable. it’s the kind of place you end up staying longer then planned :)

Our host couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. She and her family are funny and made us feel at home. The facilities are amazing with beautiful decorative furnishings and landscapes. Loved how dog friendly it is for my furry friend too.

I have no complaints. It was all fantastic.

We were received so hospitably and were immediately involved with the lovely family, very special. Super welcoming and interested. Also a quiet place with beautiful nature and animals. Bed was nice, air conditioner in the room. Here you really immerse yourself in the Vietnamese family. Really recommended to stay!

Very friendly and generous family that lives on the countryside. They have a beautiful home. You can relax in hammocks, go fishing in one of the ponds or play badminton. The room is spacious and both an AC and a fan. We arrived with our motorbike and could park it there, which was absolutely no problem. During the evening we had dinner together and talked a lot. Staying here is absolutely worth it and a great opportunity to learn about Vietnamese culture.
