Staff was great. Polite and helpful.

The room was filthy. Couch was covered in dog hair. Floor needed swept. Bathrooms poor design let shower water run all over the floor, for a handicapped accessible room might be dangerous. Our room did not match the images on the website. Odd use of motion sensor lighting throughout the room.
