"It was nice after I cleaned it"

Staff was very nice with my my concerns

The room was very dirty. The kitchenette was dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. I had ro scrub it myself

I loved everything, we have been in several hotels over this last week. Some good some we're bad but yours was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for everything.

located right off the freeway, ample parking. cooking supplies (toaster, pans, etc) were in room at check in.

advertised morning breakfast but none provided (no explanation). room card key deactivated before checkout time, front desk is not manned and had to locate employee for help, she was unnecessary rude.
