11/10. Very friendly and helpful hosts. They helped us with everything from parking to restaurants and places to visit. Very nice small hotel with amazing rooftop with jacuzzi and wonderful fresh breakfast. Comfortable beds and quality of equipment. They even prepared a surprise for my husband who celebrated his birthday there. Very nicely decorated hotel with an elegant design touch. Located in a city center. Everything was outstanding ! :) I would recommend to come back anytime, thank you for wonderful experience.

We recently stayed at Palazo Cavi, and our experience was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to Maria, the host. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Maria genuinely cares about her guests and puts her heart into ensuring everyone has a memorable stay. Maria was incredibly available and responsive, answering all our questions with patience and thoroughness. She went above and beyond in helping us organize our stay, offering invaluable recommendations for every place we visited. Her local insights and thoughtful suggestions made a significant difference, enriching our experience and helping us make the most of our time. What stood out the most was the personal touch Maria brought to our stay. It felt like we were being hosted by a friend rather than just staying at a hotel. This personal connection added a whole new dimension to our visit, making it more meaningful and enjoyable. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel itself was exceptional. It was impeccably clean, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The decor was tasteful and thoughtfully planned, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of walking. Thank you, Maria, for your exceptional hospitality. Very helpful & friendly staff. The room was very clean & cozy with all the amenities. The jacuzzi area was very relaxing. The breakfast was very tasty with topical and healthy ingredients. Also, the location was great.

Everything was perfect but If I could add something, I will put more salty foods on the breakfast.

Amazing location and superb service from their owners, Maria G and Marco. They are very accommodating and super friendly. The entire place is incredibly clean and with many details highlight the ambience. They are local and give great recommendations on restaurants and other local spots.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Cavi. What a beautiful place that has been finished to the highest of standards. Maria was in contact with us prior to arrival and helped us find somewhere to park our car within the town a short walk away. She was super helpful providing details on the local area and recommending places for dinner. We stayed as part of our honeymoon and were treated to bottle of bubbly which was a lovely surprise. This was enjoyed in the hot tub on the terrace. Breakfast was also served on the terrace in the morning which was lovely and fresh. Such a beautiful place to stay with a great host to match.
