Such an amazing place… from the time of booking until departure Maria was extremely attentive as a host. She gave us great tips on where to go, what to eat and which restaurants to eat at for a non touristy experience. The monogrammed towels and high quality cotton sheets were so appreciated. The renovation that has been done is outstanding. Don’t forget to ask to visit the cistern that was uncovered during the renovations. Maria is one of the best hostesses we have come across - she genuinely cares about her guests. Tis roof top terrace is so relaxing and a great place to start your day with the most delicious continental breakfast.

Cannot fault this place

When I tell you that we found the most beautiful spot and the best hostess in whole of Mola di Bari, this is it. Every detail is taken care of, we were on our honeymoon and they gave us a whole bowl of fruits and a glas of champagne upon arrival. When we wanted cheese and meats with our breakfast the hostess ran to the little shop across the street to get it especially for us. It felt like we were already friends for years. And above all, she helped us find a sail boat for our engagement photoshoot, made reservations at the restaurant where we had the best food of our lives and she was always available on whatsapp whenever we had a question. We will definitely come back!

The only struggle we had was not one of the accommodation but of parking, it was a little difficult to park nearby but Maria helped us a lot.

Everything, the owners Maria Giovanna and Marco were very friendly, professional and communicative.. with good ideas where to go and what to see. The history behind the renovation,.the concept, details and scence of design and tradition makes this place a perfect holiday stay. The rooftop is excellent! Everything is close, it is a nice neighbourhood... If you prefer less touristy places Mola di Bari is a good place to visit.. and it is close to Monopoli or Polignano a Mare... (take the train , it is the cheapest and fastest way to travel). Very comfortable, clean and a yummie breakfast served on the rooftop :)

typical Italian breakfast, consisting mainly of local products (pastries, delicious yogurts, juices and fruit). Everything was elegantly presented and tasty. Hotel clean, elegant, freshly renovated. Nice large roof terrace. Location between Bari and Polignano - typically as a base for exploring the surrounding area. The greatest treasure is the owner, who is very involved. She told us where to park the car, where to eat in the neighborhood and in Polignano and Monopoli, what to see along the way, and arranged a pleasant motorboat cruise. If I didn't know how to spend my time - I had everything on Whats'up sent by Maria :)

We spend two nights in palazzo cavi. The breakfast with local products from a farm was amazing. The room was very clean and beautiful. Location is top to visit puglia. Everything was done with a big smile. Nothing was to much for Maria en Marco. They did a lot more than needed. A special thank you for the hosts to make it such a good experience. Kati

Everything was amazing! Really nice old renovated building in the city center, design and allways clean room, tasty breakfast.

The Palazzo Cavi facilities were fabulous but it was the hosts Maria and Marco who went about and beyond to make our stay in Puglia one we will never forget. They helped us with recommendations of where to go and restaurants to eat at. The breakfast was amazing. The town is authentic with now too many tourists and is a great base to visit all of the other towns within easy driving. I would recommend spending some time here on your trip to Puglia. Love, love, loved it!

Everything! The property was built with lots of love and with an eye for details. Every day we were served a delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace. As the property is located in the historic district of the town, parking can be a bit if a challenge.
