Staff were excellent, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Jennifer, was very attentive and was always available for any advice.

The decking area was not finished because of the cyclone, and the sunbathing furniture was not up to standard.

The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and nicely decorated.

I was very disappointed on arrival. The room was fine and staff polite The problem was that the hotel had no dining room. We were told we had to go to reception to order breakfast from a menu. This would be brought to us on the terrace of the room or we could eat on the beach. There was no dinner or evening entertainment. As I had booked it for Valentine's we were very upset. We were not able to change to the sister hotel for that night. However as I said I would not spend another night there they managed to get me the following night at Ocean villa. On the first night we had to go outside for a meal and this cost us Rs3000. We had already paid  Booking.com £332.50 At Ocean villa we had 1 evening meal breakfast and lunch included. And the evening entertainment was good. In effect on booking.com site it is not clear that ocean beauty was only bed and breakfast. I did ask via booking.com about dinner and evening entertainment but I got no reply.

The rooms are well-maintained, with daily cleaning by the incredibly friendly staff. The air conditioning was a welcome relief, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable – perfect for a restful night. I particularly appreciated the extra-long beds, which added a touch of luxury. The security is top-notch, with 24/7 surveillance that provides peace of mind. The security team is not only helpful but also incredibly friendly, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Now, about the breakfast – wow! It was a highlight of my stay. Served daily with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, it was the perfect start to every day. One of the biggest perks of this hotel is its location. It's just a few meters away from the ocean, making it ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts. The area is perfect for exploring marine life, and the proximity to shops, restaurants, and tourist centers ensures there's plenty to do. The local tourism centers were particularly helpful in arranging taxis and day tours, adding to the convenience. A special mention goes to the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They organized a snorkeling trip by boat, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Their personal touch truly sets this hotel apart. Overall, Ocean Beauty Boutique Hotel offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway.

Needs a little TLC but with our stay they were busu with renovations.

Beautiful quiet place in a great area. Comfortable room with all amenities. Amazing view. Nice and accommodating staff. Good breakfast.

The pool was not clean. We could not swim due to risks of getting skin rashes. There were no cleaning staff. On booking.com check-out is stated to be until 00.00 but on the premise they say check-out is at 11 am and late check-out is based on availability and you have to ask at the reception. Thankfully we were allowed to check out late (around 8 pm). Although they were short-staffed and there no eggs available for breakfast, the cook prepared a cute and nice breakfast for us that was served on the pool deck overlooking the ocean. The place could use a little more daily cleaning and better maintenance. The bathroom door gets stuck. The fridge makes a lot more noise than normal.

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing enviroment. The view from the terrace and the more private beach just off the main perebyre were beautiful. Great area to snorkel in and the hotel took us one day out for a snorkelling session off a boat which was fun. Overall the breakfasts were very good and the staff friendly - a member of staff would give us coconuts to drink out of which were beautiful whilst he was cleaning the terrace and was very kind.

A little run down in places. Overall staff were great, but occasionally inconsisent with how helpful or accomadating they would be. It was unclear whether this was due to language barriers although I could speak a small amount of French which helped.

One towel for two persons, no water pressure in the shower, lots of insects, on sunday, no receptionist for check-in security guard did the check-in, and he didn't know we would check in. Terrace was very dirty.
