Excellent breakfast. Luxurious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff Right on the seafront. Almost a private beach right on the doorsep. Lush and colourful garden. Close to all amenities, shops and restaurants.

No view from the groundfloor room. No bar, restaurant or lobby area. A permanent exposure to the guardsman looking straight at my window and patio 24 hrs a day Large but strangely uncomfortable bed. You are advised to bring your own pillow(s). The property generally needs some TLC and money spent on it. Getting frayed around the edges No desk or workspace in the bedroom. Very small, exposed and unsheltered patio. Only 1 umbrella to provide any shade on the beachfront deck. First come, first serve. Somewhat overpriced for what is on offer.

Private beach area, close to the supermarket and lots of restaurants. The hotel has no bar so you can just buy your own drinks and consume them where you like. Also we didn't opt-in for the breakfast because we prefer to eat our usual bran/ oats/ fruit. There is a supermarket very close by as well as lots of restaurants and street food/ fruit vendors. This hotel is on the 'good side' of Mauritius because it is out of prevailing winds and you can watch the sun set every day.

Our room faced the reception where there was often a security person sitting, facing towards the room. So when we wanted to sit on our 'patio' we would have somebody looking towards us always.

Very nice locations and very friendly staff. View is great and the rooms are super comfortable.

The property had some minor issues with their pressure pump, but did their best to keep things going. Nothing major.

Staff were very kind and made our visit much better. The view was good, ocean is nearby, we enjoyed breakfast near the ocean.

Everything was wonderful, I won't hesitate to recommend it.

I had an excellent stay in Ocean Beauty, shared between moments of teleworking and vacation. The staff were attentive and really friendly, flexible and accommodating. We were very well received, simple check-in and check-out. Breakfast lived up to expectations. Both the room and the hotel were clean and faithful to the descriptions, value for money, which seems to me to be the main thing. Thank you again to everyone for these good times and we look forward to coming back.

Sometimes the wifi is low, but it's not a place specifically arranged to work remotly, so I don't blame it at all. Perfect for holidays :)
