location is fantastic. Nice large room with plenty of storage space and a very nice balcony. Friendly staff

Not enough lighting in the bedroom. One light bulb in the kitchen not working One bedside wall light stopped working Safe could not be opened to store our important papers Not enough hooks or bars at high level to hang towels inside the bathroom

water logging inside the rooms, no help with luggage from the staff, no manager when we arrived.

Super friendly employees, breakfast was very nice.

The facility is totally abounded, the pool wasn’t working, place is not maintain at all. Pictures you see on internet and in a reality is very different, and price we pay for such a abounded place is way too much

Direct at the beach.

It was not possible to get breakfast on the time we agreed with the employees. There is only one umbrella available, otherwise you have to sit/lie in the sun. The private beach is not really private.

The ocean location Nathalie works hard although her manager makes it difficult for her to do her job effectively. She has to be reactive rather than proactive to the many, many complaints from other guests.

This hotel needs serious investment. We had sewage from the upstairs rooms running down our bathroom wall, my husband cleaned the pool daily. It was an infinity pool which didnt operate properly due to the low level of water. Initially a security guard was the only person on site but he became overtly sexual to me and had to be reported- the hotel acted instantly once we had made it clear this was totally unacceptable behaviour. The maid was a delight and got rid of the cockroaches for us, on a daily basis. You, as Booking.com have not visited this hotel for years. Please be advised we will contact you directly with a full complaint including photos. 1

No receptionist to check us in.pool and surrounding area was unkempt.very tired looking so needs a little maintenance. Room was only cleaned after I had to ask at 4pm the next day

Location. Good breakfast. Very nice towels.

The reception area looked shabby and created a very poor first impression. The beach was good for swimming but not for snorkelling; a lot of silt, very few corals and fish.

The staffs are helpful.

They had no proper menu. They said verbally stated the menu. The photo on Booking.com isn’t the same as on site They need to clean their pond infront of the reception Wasn’t nice to see. Feel like the hotel is being neglected..
