EVERYTHING!. POOR MAINTENANCE. TOILET DOOR NOT FUNCTIONING. POOR ENVIRONMENT. WORST WELCOMING. NO PRIVACY. COULD HEAR NEIGHBOUR GOSSIPING WHOLE NIGHT. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. WATER DRAINING FROM NEIGHBOUR COMING TO OUR ROOM. ROOM WAS FLOODED WITH WATER. VERY DISSAPOINTING!! DECEIVING!! SHOWING WRONG PICTURESTO ATTRACT CUSTOMER!!

The location was great, the breakfast served was good.

Even though I wrote to the property about this being a special occasion for us as, we were offered one of the least preferred rooms at the property. There was no housekeeping service and we were told there is no staff for it. There was no option to order anything else other than breakfast.

The room was beautiful with a lovely view of the sunset over the sea. The staff were very accomodating in getting us breakfast to our room earlier than the standard times due to our early morning activity. There is decent snorkelling in the beach right outside the hotel (accessible from the pool area).

Location is excellent and Pereybere beach must be one of thr best on the island. Direct access to beach from hotel. Pool is amazing. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. Clean towels every day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Full bath and shower.

Walls in my room were very grubby. They need a wash or repaint. Koi pond has no water. No food options (didn't know my booking was without breakfast).fridge door in room was badly rusted. Cushions on the recliner lounges were dirty.
