Amazing hotel!!

The staff is very polite and responsive. They really are doing their best to make everyone feel comfortable, we also did go during off season so the hotel was almost empty. We were stuck indoors mostly since the weather was bad. The food at the hotel was good, we ate breakfast at the hotel most days. It was on the pricy side but it was good.

For a hotel that prides itself for being a design hotel, the design is incredibly impractical. Although it has some nice features, the design of the room is not functional. The property is probably one of the nicest ones compared to what’s around but for the price we paid at other hotels in Mexico we had many more features that we enjoyed. The shower is in the room, the curtains on two side to block the water from going everywhere almost barely keep it all out. There is no light in the shower so you’re basically showering in darkness. The floor is cement so when you come out of the shower your feet feel dirty and sandy cause of all the dust dragged into the room. On the first day the staff woke us up at 9am to clean the room although the sign outside was put on “inside” to let them know. Surely there’s a better system that most other hotels use for a reason. The pool is meant to be like a natural style pool but really didn’t look like the kind of pool you want to get into. The design is trying very hard to be brutalist and minimalist but low key feels like a Scandinavian prison. The most bizarre thing was the price list of left on the table which included things like the ice bucket which really made us laugh. There is no blow dryer, no steamer, no slippers, no fridge although I just whatsapped the hotel and they sent a blowdryer to my room. All in all I think this is quite a young hotel and I do think they have a long way to go and lots of changes they can make for it to actually feel like it’s worth the price tag.

Muy buen servicio , el cuarto bien,en la recepción muy atentos !!!! Solo no deberían de arreglar y martillar a las 8 am las albercas porque uno va a descansar y podrían empezar a las 10 am

Simple minimalist design, beautiful pool area, lovely rooftop view, great service, perfect location just two minute walk to beach and on main road with many restaurants

Buen hotel, muy moderno. El cuarto no me gusto, estaba muy chico con un diseño muy extraño. El cuarto estaba muy humedo todo el tiempo, las sabanas y almohadas estaban humedas
