Beautiful hotel right in the centre of things. Great facilities. Loved the rooftop pool. We didnt eat at the hotel but the food looked good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s architecture and interiors, which created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable which we appreciated. We also enjoyed relaxing by the main pool area, which was a lovely feature of the property. The location is convenient and well-situated, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

We recently stayed at Hotel Humano and unfortunately found that it didn’t meet expectations for the price point. The standard rooms are extremely small — barely suitable for two people — with minimal hanging/storage space and no fridge or minibar. Additionally, the side wing of the hotel borders a karaoke bar, and the noise reverberates through the rooms well into the night. We were grateful to be moved and upgraded due to the noise issue. However, the upgraded room’s air conditioning struggled to cool the space below 27°C, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel manager was sincerely apologetic and generously offered us a discount, which we appreciated. That said, the overall experience did not align with what you’d expect when paying $350 to $550 USD per night. Particularly disappointing was that breakfast wasn’t included at that rate — a detail that seems out of step with hotels in this price range. While the staff were helpful and kind, the facilities and comfort level unfortunately fell short.

We will definitely stay there again. It was clean, pool area great, staff great and location was excellent. Highly recommend.

Sin duda, Hotel Humano es el sitio perfecto para quienes buscan un refugio auténtico, elegante y lleno de alma. ¡Ya contamos los días para volver!
