Kelley House

The Kelley House far exceeded my expectations. I stayed in Suite One on the first floor, which has a full kitchen, bath, bedroom, and living room. The rooms are warm and inviting and are tastefully furnished and accessorized. I love the brick fireplace that separates the bedroom and living room area. The two outdoor sitting areas conveniently located through a second door in Suite One are enticing for relaxing outside while reading a book, drinking coffee, etc. The location of the Kelley House is fabulous. It sits on a residential street that is paved with red brick near downtown and the bridge leading to the beaches of Pensacola. Last, communication between the management of the Kelly House and me was exemplary. For example, I did not understand how to use the code for the door to my suite and reached out for assistance. My call for help was answered in a jiffy, and a woman came onsite to show me what to do.

I am unable to think of anything I did not like.

The surrounding is beautiful. I like the street, outside and inside the house. The decor inside the house is very nice. Location is good. The room is very spacious.

1. the bed is too soft for me. 2. I can't get any clothes hangers because the closet is locked. 3. there are shampoo/conditioner, soap.., but it would be nice if there is a small bottle of lotion. 4. We have been tripped by the threshold moldings on the doors and also the fireplace on the first day. Later on, we had to put something on the moldings to remind us. 5. The refrigerator is too small. 6. there is no mention about 1st floor or 2nd floor on the booking.com, until we booked, then we got the message which floor we would live. I wish we can know early and be able to pick.

Great location for our concert. Room was fantastic, plenty of room and beautiful.

Could have used a larger waste can.

Wish there was a dresser for clothes - closet does not have enough space to unpack. A desk would have been helpfull as we did need to use our computer for work

It was just as pictured. Very nice.

The bedding needed upgrading. The 10 am check out was too early.
