Lift Landing

I didn’t know my room wouldn’t have an air conditioner. I didn’t see anything about that in the description before booking. Also, the code to unlock my room didn’t work. There was no staff on site and it took about 25 minutes for someone to respond. The same thing happened to two other parties while I was there, and one party waited for over an hour until they could get in to their room.

Location, AC

No local TV Tub faucets were hard to adjust. Tub looked dirty and nothing to hold in water if wanted a bath. The room was hot after checked in, despite AC, realized the heater was on along floor in kitchen area. Room pretty clean. Dillon was a very hospitable host.

Such a cute little place! Beds were so comfortable. Good location and easy check in process. Def recommend!

Excellent location and staff..very accommodating! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and lots of space in the room to move around. New shower and updated bathroom were awesome. Check in and out were very easy.

Carpet could be improved and high chairs and small table were not user friendly.

Floor in bathroom soft from water damage. Code to room door worked once then quit. They promptly came out and cleared it up but still had to call.

My wife and I were in for a quick mid-week trip to a Red Rocks concert. The check in process was quick and efficient, never even had to go to a check in desk. Everything was clean, good value for the money.

The room was super hot, but no A/C and it was an especially warm day, so not much that could have been done about that. But, the manager at least had the presence in mind to run multiple fans, open the window, etc., prior to our arrival, which we appreciated. The furniture and room were somewhat dated, which was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn't stay there long term. Everything was clean and the room was quiet. Basically, I think management does a great job with what they have.

Clean and simple, exactly what I needed for a simple one night stay before biking Mt. Blue Sky. Loved the easy check in. Well equipped with fridge and coffee/tea. Lack of any table or chair made it hard to know where to have my coffee (in bed?) but that’s my only real critique. Nice to have options like this for local adventures.

Well, it looked almost nothing like the pictures I booked from, so that was pretty disappointing. I specifically booked the room because it showed no carpet, actually. Ignoring that, the room was clean, had a working mini fridge. Oh, the tv turned on but couldn't connect to its service, but I don't even watch TV really so idk why I turned it on.

Place was perfect! It had a little bit of a home feel to it. It definitely has room for improvement but considering how long it’s been there for I think they’ve done great with keeping up with them. I did notice in some of the other reviews it does show some rooms don’t have ac but ours had a window ac which worked great! 10/10 would come back to stay here!
