"More like glamping"

Great location in the heart of Idaho Springs. The place was newly furnished, spacious room, had some nice extra touches that made it feel less hotel and more home. Be warned there is no AC! Our thermostat read 84 in the room at bed time. We had to have the windows open and curtains drawn back to let some air flow in making it very uncomfortable. Anyone could look in and see us sleeping - it made it feel more like camping. Also beware the bed - it was a memory foam type mattress which ment once you were in it was difficult to move. Besides that it was a lovely place.

Loved the new updated cozy feel. VERY clean. Great mattresses = great sleep. Quick response with staff. Perfect for our purposes to go to Mt. Blue Sky & Mt. Bierstasdt.

The cleaning and manager were great, attentive, helpful, polite! We had a strong rain storm. The manager reached out immediately to see if we were ok and needed anything. We required a few extra towels which were promptly supplied. The motel is an older and being redone. It was clean and had pretty sheets, WiFi and Roku tv worked great.
