There was leakage in the bathroom all through my stay. Water was splashing everywhere like a pipe broke

The room I was in I saw dead cockroaches.

It was light and tasty

The location of the room, a spouse/partner might have a hard time climbing those hills, but the view was quite nice

The staffs are awesome. The supervisor always responds to customer consigns snd complains.

The bathrooms needs renovation, showers heads are damage, split water everywhere. The WC is position in such a way that one is never comfortable doing number 2.

I made a reservation online for my budget but I got there and I was told the room was no longer available and then I was forced to go outside my budget which is not good at all. If there were going to be changes made to my reservation, I should be informed not to wait until I get there.

The rooms were ok. Their complimentary breakfast was prompt.

The Internet was unstable with intermittent power failure. Additionally some of the air-conditioners were very noisy creating a noisy environment.

The location was beautiful with flowers and nice surroundings.You could see the whole of Abuja beautiful stunning view especially at night time.

Poor facilities awful breakfast shower head broken sheets not changed regularly.
