The staff were friendly especially the receptionist and support staff.

When I got to the hotel I was told the room I reserved was not available. I was taken to another room with no towel or AC. It was terrible. Eventually I was made to pay for another room with a working AC which exceeded my budget. The so-called swimming pool was so dirty and smelled so bad. The experience was really terrible.

Some stuffs are nice and helpful And we like the environment. Coming from the Philippines, Bali and Austria, my husband and I have been to the best hotels. We came here because the scenery reminded us a bit of the mountains in the Philippines.

The first room we stayed for 20k was so dark and dirty. We asked for the light to be fixed but they said they didn’t have a bulb. The next day my husband and I moved to a bigger room of 32k. The telephone was broken, no Wi-Fi. It took them 2 days to gives the WiFi password and when they finally sent it to my phone number, the WiFi was weak and couldn’t be used for anything. And why spaghetti for breakfast? The rooms are not so clean and very dusty that we couldn’t use the closets. The only thing we like at koraf is the environment, the nature and the scenery.
