Tropical Inn

We had a great stay at Tropical Inn. The stuff was really friendly, the room clean and the breakfast tasty and enough. We only stayed 1 night but would definetily have stayed longer if it was possible. We can highly recommend Tropical Inn and it was one of the best stays during our vacation through Sri Lanka. Thank you very much!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tropical Inn, managed by Mr. Hemal's family, and it was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality from Mr. Hemal's family made me feel incredibly welcomed. My room was perfect - spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and with top-notch Wi-Fi. It was everything I needed for a relaxing vacation, and I could easily see it being great for a business trip too. The inn's prime location, just minutes away from Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach and Turtle Point, along with the fresh, delicious breakfasts personally served by family, featuring local fruits, traditional dishes, and coffee, made my mornings truly special. Without any doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend it for an outstanding experience.

All was absolutely perfect- the best host during 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. We loved families approach to us as tourists- very patient, calm, helpful…. The location is close to beaches and restaurants. But if you want to test perfect breakfast-only in Tropiclal Inn: diverse menu: all kinds of eggs, toast (but not typical), jam, various of fruits, also Sri Lankan breakfast available (pancakes, dahl with rice etc) jogurt…and all delicious. Room was clean and equipped with all what is necessary (eg. fridge, quite air condition). We booked at the beginning 4 nights but later we extended it to 6- any other place wouldn’t be better ;)

Nothing- if you don’t use possibility to stay in Tropical Inn you will make mistake.

The property was exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was big and a very good pressure in the shower. The bedsheets were clean , bright and new. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious and host were so attentive and accommodating. I honestly haven’t been to such amazing place to stay. Highly recommend it to anyone coming to Mirrisa.

10/10. The owner and family of Tropical Inn were amazing. Very accommodating, helpful, polite and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is about 1 min walk from the beach so the location is excellent. The room looks brand new, is very comfortable, large and clean. Breakfast was huge, tastynand served in a large communal area with a TV, takes etc. it was a nice area to relax in if not in the room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again to the owners and family.

Nice clean room, good bathroom with comfortable shower. The breakfast every day is fresh and very tasty, especially the fruits! Very friendly and helpful owner.

Clean rooms. Quiet place for Mirissa and only 50m away from turtle beach. Really good price for what you get. The hosts are helpfull and serve a huge brekfast. Will book again.

Very greathful and delicious breakfast and the owner and his wife and children were very friendly. Also they provide us with quality service. The room was very clean. Also it has comfortable mattresses,bed sheets and pillows are very clean. The hotel is located very close to sea turtle Beach.I recommended this place as number one in terms of cleanliness in sri lanka travel.
